320118Elmhurst Energy Services Ltd (Add on to 132105)ClosedSME SupportInnovate UKTo address the identified barriers to growth and maximise the opportunities within the business to enter target markets and generate new revenue; the following areas have been identified as a priority for support: • Facilitated review of growth ambitions and opportunities to clarify key priorities and challenges (in context of current business circumstances/resource and considering both Elmhurst Energy Systems and Elmhurst Energy Services) • Support to develop headline growth plan (with a focus on new business development to identify and access new market opportunities) as a means to securing a more robust, sustainable and scalable business model for the future • Consideration of on-going resource needs to drive and manage growth priorities and actions and enable implementation of the growth strategy (including finance, personnel and additional requirements) • Exploration of opportunities to support development of workforce (senior management level) via the available leadership and management training grant • Exploration (in due course) of opportunities/improvements to address demand from emerging target markets (to be pursued with support from the manufacturing consultancy element of The Business Growth Service)
