It will guide and assist services to develop and monitor behaviour support plans and risk management strategies, allow them to track, monitor and analyse behaviours, events, triggers and outcomes to unearth invaluable insight that positively impacts care standards and cost of care provision. It will also provide services with specific advice and guidance on approaches to the challenges and difficulties they face in dealing with the patterns of behaviours displayed by their service users, based on the individual characteristics of each person.
