As part of the agricultural family in the UK, we believe that hydroponic vertical farming has untapped potential to act as a nutritional concentrator technology, which has the potential to significantly improve lives in this country and beyond. Our project will explore how effectively we can increase the level of key nutrients (vitamins and minerals) in fresh crops which are grown in hydroponic systems.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
