Our aim is:

* To spread joy and support people facing barriers to employment into meaningful work through providing training and baking gluten-free products.

Our core beliefs are:

* People who require a gluten-free diet should be able to experience the same joy from food as everyone else.
* Everyone deserves the dignity of a meaningful and worthwhile job regardless of their circumstances or background.

Our key activities are:

* Baking - We bake high-quality artisan products in our dedicated gluten-free premises to prevent cross-contamination so that people who require a gluten-free diet can experience the same joy from food as everyone else.

* Employability programme - We are in the process of developing a bespoke employability programme which will primarily support autistic and neurodivergent people as individuals. We anticipate this will include mental health and wellbeing support so that the students can make the most of the rest of the programme which will include bakery skills training and employability support followed by a period of mentoring as they move on into the wider workplace.

* Community programme - This includes improving allergen awareness in our hospitality sector, as well as autism acceptance, mental health awareness and disability awareness to continue shifting towards a more inclusive society as a whole. An example of this work is our community art project 'Untapped Potential' which showcases neurodivergent people's experiences of employment and the skills they offer, but which employers often miss out on due to their misperceptions and stigma currently surrounding autism and neurodivergence.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
