Threat actors are becoming more skilled, determined and have at their disposal a great amount of resources and time. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools are widely used against cybercrime. These tools are as good as the threat detection rules that they use. However, most companies -- especially SMEs -- do not have the resources and the expertise to create and update the SIEM rules. Cyber Threat Landscape Ruleset (CTLR) aims to provide a cost-effective, commercial service that generates the rules, improves security operations and allows the market to defend against the ever-increasing number cyber threats.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
