This pioneering tool will serve as a demonstration model, illustrating its potential to evolve into a commercial application capable of generating revenue and reaching wider markets across the UK and EU.

This initiative marks the first-ever application of artificial intelligence in heritage management, creating an intelligent and sustainable system. Unlike traditional methods, our AI-driven tool is designed to prevent duplication and waste in conservation practices, thereby significantly enhancing efficiency. By integrating comprehensive data, the tool provides invaluable insights into heritage sites, optimizing conservation efforts and resource allocation.

In addition to its technical advancements, our project aims to raise awareness about at-risk monuments, ensuring they receive the attention and preservation efforts they deserve. By preventing redundant conservation efforts, the tool renders heritage management not only more efficient but also more sustainable. Highlighting and preserving heritage sites will positively impact local tourism, contributing to economic growth and societal benefits.

Our AI tool has already undergone rigorous testing in a laboratory environment and has been validated by leading experts. The next phase of our project involves real-world testing with local heritage sites in the North East. This phase aims to ensure the tool's readiness for broader application and scalability. During this period, data will be gathered to refine the tool based on real-world applications, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of heritage sites.

We invite stakeholders and the public to join us on this journey to revolutionize heritage management. Through the application of AI, we are enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of conservation practices while driving economic and societal benefits via improved local tourism. This innovative approach sets a new standard in heritage management, with the potential to impact regions far beyond the North East of England. Together, we can preserve our past while paving the way for a brighter, smarter future.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
