The building blocks of the device appear to be available and used in a number of distinct devices from Trimble, Topcon, etc. The challenge is to obtain high accuracy components, package these in a compact housing and bring the device to market for a reasonable cost.The TSB Innovation voucher would be used to gain access to design and consultancy services from the ISIC and its partners. Advice on next steps such as manufacturing, distribution and partnering would also be required.
