This project seeks to develop and evaluate a highly innovative new food ingredient that promotes safe, healthy and nutritious diets.

By developing an innovative and affordable, all-in-one ingredient for fat and both textural and flavour-enhancing sugars, which also provides consumers with insoluble and soluble fibre, we aim to remove all barriers to commercial success.

By accessing underutilised crops in the Mid and North Wales cluster region, we aim to enhance sustainability and biodiversity in the region and reduce food loss and waste.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
