since its invention. These range from popping noises created by vocal plosives from
consonants such as “P” &amp;amp; “B”, to mechanically-induced noise emanating from 2 separate
sources: manual handling (MH) &amp;amp; wind buffeting (WB). These problems occur in a range of
settings, from the very quiet, controlled environment of a recording studio to live recording
outside where the uncertainty of Mother Nature prevails.
As video technologies have advanced there has been an increased market for improved
resolution of accompanying audio signal, therefore there is a need to remove unwanted noise
