The tools allow users to track the changes in their patients' mobility, strength and endurance, as well as determine whether they are deteriorating or progressing as expected.

It allows HCPs to personalise and track the treatment and progress of patients using a number of different metrics, The application has an intuitive interface, which makes it easy for both HCPs and their patients to use and provides detailed reporting facilities enabling HCPs to better monitor and manage patients conditions or recovery in domestic or community settings.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
