This system would incorporate technological advances in: upstream web-based design & modeling; integration of scanners & mobile devices for 3D scanning; 3D shape-based web search of component catalogues; and full downstream additive manufacturing (AM) through partnership with Renishaw. It has the potential to provide a uniquely accessible & powerful marketing, sourcing and fulfillment business model for HVM, fusing digital fabrication with accurate component sourcing. It can lead to a revolution in supply chain efficiency and sustainable creation and capture of value in the UK.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
