The project's core objective is to develop automated valuation models (AVMs) and expert recommendations by analysing visual and spatial data in real time. This innovation addresses a significant gap in the real estate sector, where traditional platforms primarily rely on textual data input by the user, missing out on the rich information embedded in property images and floorplans.

The difficulty in forecasting real estate market performance due to variable factors suggests that reliance on historical data needs to consider current market dynamics to avoid inaccurate predictions and decisions (Khalafallah, 2008).

The Property seekers spend approximately 2 hours on traditional platforms searching for properties, generating visitors between 30 to 100 million per month. (IAB, 2022) (CBRE, 2024).

The growing demand for AI-driven solutions in the real estate market underscores the potential of Voolu Vision. According to Deloitte's 2022 survey, 57% of industry professionals expect AI to significantly impact the sector within the next five years. Furthermore, the global computer vision market, which is projected to reach £20.3 billion by 2023, highlights the widespread applicability and growth potential of this technology.

Our solution is not only innovative but also practical and user-friendly solving a real-life problem. By offering detailed property insights based on visual data, Voolu Intelligent Vision enhances decision-making for property seekers and investors. For instance, automated valuation models derived from property images and floorplans provide accurate and timely property valuations. Additionally, expert recommendations based on these analyses can guide users in making informed decisions, thereby increasing their confidence in the property market. On the other side the data insights generated by these pictures can pivot the whole industry to a more customised and customer-centric approach helping councils to make more informed decisions towards permissions for planning approvals based on demographics, developers to speed up building developments and consider more appropriate customers requirements as well as retailers who can make informed decisions related to product, offers and infrastructure development.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
