Unfortunately the driver of the truck had a cardiac attack prior to the accident which meant that he was unable to control the vehicle. Incidents such as this if happen in a large public transport could be catastrophic. Globalcis, believe that technology can help prevent such unfortunate happening. Globalcis is proposing inteliautodrive a seat belt heart monitor technology that has a soft pad embedded on seat belt upper most of driver’s chest to measure the electrical activity of the heart, send detected readings of heart rate and regularity of beats, wirelessly to the car electronic for processing. When readings detect up to a certain state (alert is triggered on dashboard).
Immobilisation is then initiated for “intelliautodrive” where steering and gearing are controlled by the intelligent emergency auto drive (intelliautodrive).
On board sensors then guide vehicle to side of road (side lane marker) until it come to a complete halt. Hazard lights are then switched on automatically.
