Demand for such support increased dramatically during and after the pandemic as research soon revealed the impact that remote and hybrid working - and a lack of human connection - was having on engagement, retention, performance and employee mental health.

Two years later, and we are now ready to consolidate our ideas, experience and learning into a central digital platform, one that empowers leaders to understand and improve human connections through a range of scenario games, innovative learning content, and 1:1 coaching.

The MVP, powered by funding from Innovate UK, will allow business users to:

* Create an account, assess current levels of human connection, and identify priority focus areas
* Run scenario plays on these focus areas to fuel discussion, collaboration and innovative solutions
* Receive tailored learning content and 1:1 coaching to develop a targeted improvement plan
* Monitor improvements to engagement, retention, performance and employee mental health

The Scenario Play will be the most engaging, innovative and impactful part of the platform. Users can either select from an existing bank of scenarios, based on the Framework, or they can describe their specific context and the platform will use AI to create a set of bespoke scenarios in real-time for them to play through.

Scenarios will challenge teams to consider key issues such as the diversity of their teams, the fairness of their flexible working practices, the clarity of their internal communications, the efficacy of their recognition and reward policies and whether their meeting and collaboration practices enable everyone to contribute equitably. Scenarios will also cover a number of important topics such as psychological safety, proximity bias and

Content and coaching recommendations will be automated, based on the nature of the scenarios they play through, and all activity will be tracked through a central, easy-to-use dashboard that enables organisations to monitor and report on actions and improvements.

The result will be an increased number of organisations placing human connection at the heart of their future strategies - leading to more happy, healthy, high-performing teams, more inclusive workplaces, and increased levels of innovation, collaboration and growth as a result.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
