Participants showing attributes for cyber security careers will be guided towards further education and employment opportunities in the cyber sector.

The project funds the development of DigiDNA into a B2C platform, helping individuals from diverse backgrounds identify their cyber skills and promoting local cyber training and jobs. The platform provides AI-generated dashboards that recommend personalised career paths, training programs, and job vacancies, based on users' location, age, and prior experience.

The project will support 3000 participants and 400 individuals will benefit from specialised &amp;quot;inspire/upskill&amp;quot; training sessions delivered in collaboration with educational partners. It will also strengthen the local education and employment ecosystem.

The project will inspire and provide opportunities to young people and underrepresented groups, encouraging them to pursue cyber/tech careers, while showcasing local opportunities in the sector beyond the project timeline.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
