This 10-week programme will support the development of early-stage health and life science businesses in the UK.

The programme will recruit 20 spinouts, start-ups, or entrepreneurial minded academics. They will be supported in the development of their early-stage ideas by:

* sharing expertise, insight and knowledge delivered from relevant ecosystems,
* increasing company knowledge in innovation development and the wider UK health system,
* being introduced to relevant clinical and academic experts, who can support and prepare them to apply for funding and future investment.

Participants of this cohort will be eligible to apply for Innovate UK BioMedical Catalyst funding in early 2025\.

This programme will be led by the Health Innovation Network South London (HIN) and delivered by many partners including other Health Innovation Networks, CW+, Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and regional innovation agencies in the across the UK, including (HIRANI) Health Innovation Research Alliance Northern Ireland. The HIN is well known for running variety of innovators support programmes including its flagship award-winning DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, Evidence Generation Bootcamp, and Mindset (also for Innovate UK). It also successfully ran the first Accelerating FemTech programme and is committed to supporting diversity in innovation.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
