It is for this very reason that we plan to develop a state of the art monitoring system that allows us to track every one of our carers to insure that they are where they are supposed to be at any given time. As the people we are caring for often require urgent care, any missed/late appointment could be detrimental to their health. Although this will allow better management of carers on the company’s side, it also provides the carers with an effective way of managing themselves and their time, to ensure they are as productive as they can be. As well as the safety aspect the system will enable carers to produce documentation on the spot, making the process a lot quicker and streamlined.
