Bendi is creating an automated solution to enable small and medium-sized fashion and textile enterprises to model science-based sustainability scenarios, minimising supplier and production sustainability supply chain risks.

Rising consumer and regulatory demand for sustainability in fashion and textiles makes it imperative for companies to respond, but most SMEs lack the capacity and resources to access existing solutions.

Large companies can afford demanding reporting standards and certifications, but the fashion and textile industry relies heavily on SMEs. SMEs have no financial and technical capacity to build in-house data collection/analysis. An industry-wide solution/platform will help them meet buyers' and regulatory transparency and reporting requirements, as well as access to analytics that help them visualise, understand and assess risks in their sourcing.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
