Moti Me is on a mission to revolutionise paediatric physiotherapy in the UK. We aim to make it enjoyable and transformative for children with disabilities while providing parents with essential tools.

In the UK, over 1 million children face disabilities, with approximately 210,000 encountering dexterity or movement challenges. Yet, consistent access to professional paediatric physiotherapy is often challenging, leaving parents to manage home-based exercises in busy family settings.

Moti Me, founded by Katie Michaels, an Industrial Design graduate from Loughborough University with a personal connection to cerebral palsy, addresses this pressing need.

**Empowering Children and Parents**

Many special needs children depend on regular physiotherapy sessions at clinics or hospitals, however this is not always possibly due to high demand. Therefore many parents have the role practicing physio exercises at home, which can be challenging due to their limited physiotherapy knowledge, children's distractions, and limited resources.

Moti Me designs a revolutionary physiotherapy product to support children with disabilities, including cerebral palsy, in achieving crucial developmental milestones like sitting, crawling, standing, and walking.

We collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to create an engaging physiotherapy experience that keeps children motivated during practice. Simultaneously, our product offers invaluable guidance to parents and caregivers, ensuring they can effectively support their child's therapy goals.

**Innovative Features for Progress Tracking**

Moti Me excels at tracking a child's progress and maintaining seamless communication with their physiotherapist. This facilitates progress monitoring and enhances the efficiency of physiotherapy sessions.

**Enhanced Outcomes and Efficiency**

By empowering families to practice essential exercises at home, Moti Me accelerates physiotherapy progress among children, ultimately improving their future prospects. Moreover, this at-home practice reduces the pressure on healthcare professionals, allowing for continuous improvement between sessions and enabling physiotherapists to allocate more time to their patients, enhancing overall time and cost efficiency.

**Flexible Design for Diverse Environments**

While our primary focus is enabling physiotherapy at home, Moti Me is versatile and can be integrated into physiotherapy centres, hospitals, conductive education facilities, and special needs schools. Our flexible design ensures physiotherapy practice can thrive in any environment.

**Transforming Lives**

We firmly believe that Moti Me will have a profound impact on children with disabilities, their families, and the support systems around them, including special needs schools, hospitals, and physiotherapy centres. We aim to empower these children to unlock their full potential and make a lasting difference in their lives.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
