Removal of thermal damage improves the nutritional value and taste profile, inclusion of volatile flavour constituents. Applications include milk processing, sugar syrups, brewing sector, surface treatment of nuts, pulses &amp;amp; spices, water purification and healthcare disinfection.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
