However the ongoing skills gap and lack of accessible training for all means it is difficult to attract and upskill individuals from all areas of society into high skilled jobs within the industry. There is a clear and addressable gap to bridge. This project will allow Tech Educators to research, create and deploy a commercially viable, industry backed Unity coding bootcamp, designed with the burgeoning Eastern game development community in mind, whilst offering skills that are utilised throughout the industry at a national and international level.
