10063505SongzapV2ClosedCollaborative R&DInnovate UKSongzapV2 incorporates ground-breaking artificial intelligence (AI) music algorithms into RT Sixty Ltd's existing Songzap software application. The new version of Songzap will empower musicians to write detailed songs and music scores more quickly, with less technical reliance, with broader creative expression, and to collaborate with other musicians and music producers more easily. The project responds to a timely problem encountered by the vast cohort of non-technical musicians, who are generally alienated by existing music software solutions. Led by Directors Professor Rob Toulson and Dr Mike Exarchos, who have both held significant university course leadership roles in the past, RT Sixty will incorporate engaging educational materials into the Songzap ecosystem, to assist musicians in self-learning essential music recording and production techniques and procedures. A new subscription model will also be implemented for Songzap Version 2, incorporating cloud-based file storage capabilities. In addition, RT Sixty will secure intellectual property (IP) for the developed AI algorithms, facilitating a new IP licensing revenue stream.
