The tool provides tailored recommendations and real-time feedback, focusing on enhancing the cybersecurity skills of small business managers.

Our project aims to address the significant cybersecurity challenges faced by small businesses in the South West, where only 10% of SMEs are Cyber Essentials certified and just 8% meet the NCSC's cybersecurity guidelines. By offering an adaptive, user-focused learning experience, CyberSecurityAId goes beyond generic training solutions by tailoring advice to the specific needs and contexts of individual businesses. This enables SMEs to improve their cybersecurity posture without needing extensive expertise.

As part of the project, we will conduct a series of awareness and hands-on sessions with local SMEs, helping them better understand and respond to cybersecurity risks, including emerging threats like Artificial Intelligence. We will gather feedback from participating businesses to refine the tool and ensure it meets the specific requirements of SMEs in the region and more widely in the UK.

In partnership with the South West Cyber Resilience Centre (SWCRC) and MHK Consulting, we will provide regional SMEs with the expertise they need to improve their cybersecurity resilience, boosting their competitiveness at both national and international levels. Through this initiative, we aim to create long-term, positive impacts for the region's businesses.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
