**'Rail+ Club'** is a **rail-focussed loyalty platform** which uses novel technology to **non-intrusively track passenger engagement** across the rail network. This enables a rewards and incentives programme to enhance the passenger experience and encourage passengers back to rail.

This solution will bring **self-scan technology** to rail for the first time and involve an **interactive demonstrator** in a live operational environment. During this demonstrator, we will collect evidence and data to prove the business case that the solution can be used in a commercial environment, prove that the technology works as designed and de-risk it. Our solution is ultimately designed to be used by multiple railway organisations and benefits from a strong network effect, meaning that its utility to passengers and TOCs increases as it is more widely adopted.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
