This project will develop and trial a compact, free-standing unit that improves local air quality in areas with high footfall and poor ventilation, such as transport hubs and city centres.

Unlike traditional approaches that separate environmental and commercial objectives, Pluvo Digital brings them together in a single product. The unit is designed to filter air pollution while also serving as a platform for public engagement and communication. It is compact, modular, and built to operate effectively in real-world conditions, even in space-constrained environments.

Over the course of this project, Pluvo will build, test and install a full-scale prototype in a relevant public setting. Air quality data will be collected before and during the trial to assess the unit's impact. The project will also gather public and stakeholder feedback to help inform future product development.

By combining environmental performance with practical design, this project aims to create a scalable and self-sustaining solution that helps reduce exposure to air pollution in the places where people live, work and travel every day.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
