At Mindful Snacker, we are disrupting the snack industry with Simply Roasted Crisps, our innovative project that is already delivering potato crisps with all the crunch and taste of traditional fried crisps but with half the fat. Through our patented technology (GB2627985), we roast real potato slices into crisps that retain their natural texture and nutrients. No other company worldwide can replicate this process, which we designed and safeguarded to make lower-fat, healthier snacks a reality. We are the only &amp;quot;better for you&amp;quot; real slice potato crisp.

Our project centres on this unique roasting and slicing technology, which allows us to commercialise lower-fat crisps on a significant scale. Unlike extruded or baked alternatives, our crisps are crafted from real, whole potato slices, preserving the natural flavour and authenticity that provide the consumer with an indulgent, natural option.

By reducing energy consumption by 55% and improving production throughput by 130%, the project aims to lower operational costs and minimise environmental impact.
