The project aims to introduce new forms of therapy through circus arts which will improve the mental and physical health of the participants. Based on this program, we will develop a digital tool to help track the benefits of this new form of therapy and support users to continue practising after the program completion.

The program aims to develop a healthy synergy between art disciplines, mindfulness activities and technology.

The Hepp Care program targets people with mild forms of mental health issues, early-stage anxiety and/or low levels of depression. None of the attendants requires any special knowledge or physical stamina to be eligible; it is a program that will support people in artistically expressing themselves while improving their mental and physical health.

Through this project, we will be able to support NHS mental health practitioners by offering a new form of therapy in support of relieving their services, as well as a digital tool that would provide critical insight into the benefits of such disciplines for mental health. Based on the success of this first program, we aim to kickstart a series of similar programs that will run throughout the year.

We will ensure an equal opportunity for employment as we will be interviewing and selecting our Artists and Occupational Therapist experts solely based on their expertise. We will also ensure that there is a fair opportunity for participation.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
