Thrive Future offers employers off-the-shelf and bespoke packages to tackle the most challenging gender equality taboo topics in society such as domestic abuse, street harassment and unequal pay. These issues require expert knowledge that a business rarely has within its HR function. Increasingly businesses are under pressure to proactively address these taboo issues, whether it's because of ESG investor pressure, board-level campaigning, employee persuasion or customer demands.

We are applying for funding to expand the core offering of Thrive Future. In particular, by offering its services digitally through the Thrive Academy platform. This will include exploring what services they would be interested in (Thrive Academy, Policy Development, Events & Raising Awareness and Live Training) and how this can become a commercially viable enterprise. Thrive Academy, to be able to enhance our offer to businesses with a platform where there is further guidance on recognising and responding sensitively to matters such as domestic abuse and stranger harassment. The digital educational course will have sections where individuals are able to test their knowledge and have access to interactive sessions and videos to further develop their knowledge and understanding around "taboo" subjects.

The aim of our digital course is to create lasting change that benefits business and, by extension, the wider community. There is no other comparable product on the market and the combination of experience and research capacity of Thrive Future, places it in a prime position to develop this digital platform.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
