It's a challenge for everyone and an overwhelming minefield for those with ADHD.

Imagine instead that our digital devices were tailored to support, not side-track. [myCopilot.ai][0] is both an innovative app and a vision of a more understanding and enabling digital environment - a commitment to reshaping the online experience to serve our well-being instead of constantly hijacking our attention.

Living with ADHD isn't just about battling distraction. It's about managing impulsiveness, navigating emotional intensities, dealing with choice paralysis, and facing the daily challenge of task execution despite inconsistent memory and motivational collapse. In a digital realm designed to persistently divert our attention, these challenges are magnified and disabling.

By responding proactively to digital distress signals - TikTok at 2am! - [myCopilot.ai][0] offers immediate real-time support. An AI chatbot rooted in psychotherapeutic wisdom is a compassionate and encouraging buddy. It recommends healthier, more purposeful activities aligned with your true desires. With support for common ADHD challenges - routines, motivation dips, breaking down tasks, and more - you will find both a guardian and a guide in [myCopilot.ai][0].

Beyond its own suite of tools, myCopilot.ai recognises and promotes other support apps, making it a central, unifying force in the digital ADHD management toolkit.

Our founder, Alastair, is both ASD and ADHD and knows he needs support like [myCopilot.ai][0]. When he couldn't find an app that offered it, he used his software development background and his psychotherapist experience to build it himself. His personal experience gives him a deep empathy for our users' challenges, ensuring a product built on authentic understanding and compassion.

[myCopilot.ai][0] is supported by a generous team of ADHD volunteers. Their collective expertise and lived experience infuse [myCopilot.ai][0] with additional skills and insights. This collaboration also helps navigate challenges stemming from our individual neurodiversities, ensuring consistent and effective development.

We are currently focused on putting our prototype through pilot user trials and building community.

If you can be an ally in getting myCopilot.ai into the hands of those who need it, or you have an insight into how we can collaboratively improve the support for ADHDers, or you want to get your hands on it for yourself, do get in touch!

Too many of us lose ourselves to the challenges of ADHD and internet addiction. Our mission is to help you reclaim your life and thrive.
