As fleets scale and utilisation increases, operators require accurate, consistent, and transparent ways to assess vehicle condition over time. Effective monitoring improves safety, reduces disputes, limits fraud, and supports better operational and insurance decision-making.

However, current approaches remain fragmented and inefficient. Manual inspections are labour-intensive, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Existing automated systems are often hardware-heavy, expensive, or limited to exterior inspections. Many also lack transparency for end users, leading to disputes and reduced trust.

Tinpot Dot UK is developing an AI-based vehicle monitoring platform designed to enable continuous, software-driven inspection of vehicles, both interior and exterior, without the need for specialised hardware or physical scanners. Our lightweight AI models are designed to be cost-effective, scalable, and easily deployable across diverse fleet environments.

Through this project, we are delivering an integrated web platform alongside a mobile application. The web platform enables fleet operators and insurance partners to efficiently review, validate, and manage damage events. The mobile application increases transparency for drivers and vehicle users by guiding structured image capture, documenting vehicle condition, and reducing fraud risk through secure reporting workflows.
