Using advanced language models and structured data, Convai supports better internal decision-making and more effective corporate reporting. Today, businesses are expected to report not only on their financial results, but also on their social, environmental, and strategic performance. However, many organisations---especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and charities---struggle with fragmented data, time-consuming manual processes, and a lack of accessible tools. Convai addresses this challenge by helping users: * Generate first-draft commentary on performance across key areas * Explore financial and non-financial data using natural language questions * Create standardised reports for leadership teams and stakeholders * Benchmark performance and narratives against peers By saving time and improving clarity, Convai helps organisations focus on what matters most: understanding their impact and making better decisions. This project will deliver a working prototype of the platform over six months. It is being developed in partnership with the **Institute for Creativity and AI at City St Georges, University of London**, ensuring the technology is safe, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in responsible AI. Convai supports a more transparent and accountable business environment by making high-quality reporting accessible to more organisations, not just the largest or best-resourced.
