techniques and methods typically used in manufacturing resource planning to the management
of information processing. Nothing exists today or works today that enables information in
different formats from disparate sources to be scheduled and processed to achieve an optimum
processing time.
The primary application for this new system is in background screening of new candidates for
recruitment where the new system will deliver information more efficiently with greater
transparency and accuracy of human skills enabling background checks to be carried out more
quickly and cost effectively. The new system will have significant impact on social inclusion,
diversity and mobility by eliminating many of the barriers that prevent employers taking on
people with difficult backgrounds or with overseas qualifications and experience that
