Ensign will create the future of commercial contract acquisition in the construction sector for contractors of all types and sizes. Introducing a world's first productivity solution that offers fully automated artificially intelligent blueprint take-off and fully integrated live-pricing software, providing much needed confidence and certainty resulting in on-time and on-cost project delivery to enhance construction sector profitability. This project will fund Ensign's development of Auto-Price, an AI-based program which flips the current labour split on its head, with 80%+ of tasks which are currently completed by human resources completed by Ensign Auto-Price, freeing human resources to focus on more productive tasks and commercial quotation approval. Ensign is well positioned to complete this project as an international award-winning and market leading supplier of specialist construction software, with a proud 41-year history of delivering innovation to the construction market. Ensign also enjoys existing relationships with thousands of contractors within the UK and internationally as well as established partnerships with market leading distributors. This project will be made available to contractors of all types and sizes and will revolutionise blueprint take-off and estimating in the construction sector.
