It is combining numeracy, sports and games to make the learning of maths fun.

It is created for learning the basic principles of Mathematics and it is highly focused on student interaction and participation. It uses a hands-on kinesthetic learning approach and encourages challenge through collaboration and enjoyment. It starts as a fun, laid-back game and progressively increases level of difficulty, introducing timers/metrics/KPIs to ensure students remain not only engaged but actively participating in learning.

Mi-BoxLive strives to provide equality in education between young people in mainstream schools accessing mainstream education and young people with additional learning needs who find mainstream environments more challenging to navigate. It is specifically appealing to young people with social and emotional needs and strives to improve engagement, collaboration and learning in an inspiring way. It has been a proven successful in Pupil Referral Units and Behaviour Specialist schools and has been shown to improve attainment, participation as well as supporting in the development of core communication and team work skills.

Improved education outcomes are crucial to developing a workforce able to forward the up-levelling missions. Mi-BoxLive provides a vital resource for teachers, teaching assistants and families to support and work with children in a new and exciting way that supports learning without young people realising.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
