SA will realise culturally vibrant outputs of scale and ambition, supporting Black artists and inspiring collaboration in the creation of sustainable projects, contributing to an invested and diverse workforce across the breadth of the creative and cultural industries beginning in NI and mainland UK also increasing opportunities for young and emerging minority ethnic artists.

The project will create a digital platform that supports Black creativity, enabling Black artists based in the NI and mainland UK to freely access, create and express themselves through an online digital space, designed specifically to be intuitive to Black creatives through language, sounds and imagery. Project activity will prioritise the artists experience while enabling users to create works from a palette of Black cultural expression, allowing resulting audiences to learn and value Black cultures and Black people. SA will become a key space to generate seed projects, build audiences, increasing awareness, and understanding of the breadth of culture and depth of ingenuity within the Black community in the UK, beginning in Northern Ireland.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
