New regulations are regularly being implemented, meaning firms need to change their ways of working to comply and doing so can be extremely costly and inefficient. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining client confidentiality and preventing unauthorised access, especially as 80& of the information stored by the firm is about children. Our idea is to develop a system that has a particular emphasis on the way sensitive information is stored and shared. It is our aim to develop a system that not only satisfies conventional needs of the firm but incorporates an innovative and secure document sharing system. This system will replace email communication for a sophisticated encryption channel that will enable the firm to define which party(s) can see information and setting up access controls where applicable e.g. preventing download.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
