Water is a renowned medium through which children are able to investigate and learn many fundamental ideas around science, mathematics and engineering as well as social and language learning outcomes. Waterwall is producing a range of products that allow children to explore these principals in a fun and interactive way. The products are designed at their basic level to allow water cascades to be built by the child themselves. This brings child led scientific learning as they investigate ideas basic around gravity, water pressure, movement of liquids and many other scientific principles. Beyond the basic function Waterwall Ltd is producing expansion kits. These expansion kits, compatible with the basic kit, shall increase the educational abilities of the system to bring more complex scientific principles and learning outcomes to the fore. As the learning needs of the child increase the system has the ability to adapt to more and more complex scientific experimentation. The expansion kits are designed to specifically target measurable learning outcomes in the Early Years Framework and Key Stages 1 and 2. The goal of Waterwall Ltd is to provide a new interactive and fun way for all children aged 2- 11 to deepen their scientific and mathematical understanding. The product range shall be inspirational to future generations of scientists and engineers and offer unparalleled interactivity regardless of the child’s ability.
