Since 2013 TSL has delivered over 2 million hours of tuition to over 150,000 children in over 4000 schools, and is now expanding in the USA. 

Schola.AI leverages TSL's domain expertise, data and deep understanding of effective tutoring, developed in partnership with UCL's Institute of Education. The core innovation of Schola.AI is a set of AI training agents that can evaluate, develop and scale effective human and AI tutoring. 

Schola.AI builds on the UCL research partnership and delivers the new state of the art in tutor training and development, using AI as a co-pilot to support effective online tutoring. The Schola.AI classroom and associated reporting dashboards and training platform will include an AI co-pilot that can provide real-time feedback and personalised training for every tutor, both human and AI.

Tutoring is the best evidenced learning intervention to help students catch up, and to close the achievement gap. Yet yutoring sector tends to be part time (79%) and lacks any certification of required training. The online tutoring market is expected to be worth nearly $200bn by 2027. The video conferencing market that supports online tutoring is expected to be worth nearly $20bn by 2027. Schola.AI revolutionizes TSL's capability to harness human and artificial intelligence to further transform the supply and lower the cost of effective tutoring, allowing TSL to be a global leader in this high growth and high impact market.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
