This project converts previously developed 3D Configurator platform technology to XR compatible systems, delivering phase-one advancements in XR customisation with VR yacht configuration, prioritising rapid development and commercialisation of foundational XR technology whilst disseminating results as produced. By concentrating resources on perfecting hardware-agnostic VR systems, we’ve achieved 100% of our VR technical objectives 18 months ahead of our unfunded timeline, springboarding the business into a greater tier of commercial opportunity. This project delivers transformative advancements in virtual reality (VR) design configurability for the luxury yacht sector, as well as establishing brand position in advanced 3D interactive technology. By integrating AI-powered stabilisation, dynamic live rendering engines, and proprietary 3D optimisation pipelines, our solution eliminates traditional barriers to high-fidelity and interactive VR experiences. The platform enables ultra-realistic, on-demand and immersive yacht customisation within fully interactive virtual environments, surpassing conventional virtual tour systems and enhancing 3D interactive tradeshow marketing.

Strategic Progression:

Building on our Creative Catalyst-funded 3D configurator foundation, this project adapts existing assets and expertise to create next-generation VR tools specifically for maritime luxury markets.
Core Innovations

The central innovation is overcoming conventional constraints on quality and content capacity to enable integration of live-time customisation without compromising quality.

Currently, VR configurators are not utilised in maritime marketing, whereas VR tours have been adopted by luxury yacht brands. The innovative output is creating a VR system in which live-time customisation is achievable.

A VR headset/handset configurator that transforms yacht showroom experiences by letting clients modify interiors, exteriors, and materials in real time through intuitive &amp;quot;virtual blueprint&amp;quot; controls.
XR platform technology transposable to any interactive format, enabling custom requests for specific 3D interactive tools without format limitation.

• Directly addresses Sunseeker and other yacht builders’ unmet need for immersive VR sales tools that shorten decision cycles.
• Establishes a new standard for live XR marketing at tradeshows virtual design integration in high-value marine transactions.
• Enables collaboration with companies that are aware of potential 3D solutions to maritime manufacturers problems in design customisation sales pipelines.

Company Shift:

Positions our company as the premier provider in Maritime of interactive-designer VR marketing systems, with applications extendable to architecture and automotive sectors, as well as credibility amongst customers as custom 3D software developers.

Commercial Outcome:

Successful dissemination enabled new identity as custom advanced 3D developers, leading to orders averaging 3x – 4x the value of previous commissions, as well as the development of a commercial portfolio in custom 3D software solutions within the full manufacturing pipeline that previously we did not target. Positioning our service as curated to the luxury market has made collaboration with manufacturers within the luxury yacht pipeline vastly more accessible and ourselves more credible.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
