Shipping/ports are responsible for significant air pollution and the fuel used for shipping is historically some of the most polluting. If no further action is taken, CO2 emissions from international shipping could grow 20-50%(UK Govt,2019).

Larger ports are better equipped to decarbonise, with the appropriate personnel, resources and expertise, however, small/medium ports face additional challenges and barriers. Our solution is an AI-driven emissions tool made bespoke for small/medium ports to decarbonise.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
