As our processes and machinery becomes more and more outdated, it becomes more difficult to keep up with growing demand whilst making desirable levels of profit. The system we use currently is very wasteful and could be made much more efficient, which would not only mean substantial financial savings on our behalf but also a reduction in the company’s carbon footprint. With the alterations to the production process, we plan to incorporate new innovative machinery that will allow us to diversify our product range whilst improving the quality of current products – the exact detail of which will be mapped out as part of the support. Primarily, we intend to make the entire production process more green, efficient and productive to make us competitive in an ever growing and changing market. We currently lack the capability in-house to design a plan of action and implement these changes.
