reasons and of those phones (equivalent to 2.88m in the UK) somewhere around 40% are
returned with No Fault Found (NFF). This is a significant problem costing the UK mobile
phone providers about &amp;pound;54m per annum. TMT First operates in the mobile device
refurbishment sector and proposes to develop a software technology to minimise the quantity
of NFF returns providing considerable savings to the industry.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
