In 2014 there was a 9% increase in scaffolding related accidents (2015 Safety Report of the National Access &amp;amp; Scaffolding Confederation) Mistakes caused when constructing the scaffolding can compromise the integrity of the entire scaffolding. The smallest error at that height can have serious consequences for the workers can result in serious injury resulting in huge liabilities for the industry. 
We are an innovative digital agency, who have been working closely with the construction industry to create to develop a really exciting piece of software that could make a huge difference to the industry. Our software can ensure scaffolding is secure by monitoring its weaknesses and alerting supervisors to potential threats. 
Although we are confident with the software, the next stage for us is to design a physical product to house it, that can be used in the industry. We need to work with a design expert, funded by an innovation voucher, to do this. This expert can help us by advising on what the product should look and feel like and making sure it works in its environment. They can also help us get the product to manufacturing stage so that we can seek investment to produce the product ourselves.
An innovation voucher can let us access the expertise we need to offer more as a business and make our products become a reality.
