We grow our nature and animal-identical proteins inside the biomass of crop plants in a molecular farming approach, using plants as a production platform. Project outcomes are prototypes of a natural sweet protein, which is difficult to source at scale in its current natural location, to help solve a significant consumer health issue in food innovation and one that is increasingly demanded by consumers and food manufacturers. In so doing, we enable the continued enjoyment of products, without the health impacts of sugar and synthetic sweeteners, and our approach directly contributes to bettering of our climate emergency.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
