With a unique controls system and mechatronics design, the ATWAS system can automatically adjust the track width of the AMRs to the desired configuration within 60 seconds. By providing this much-needed adaptivity, the ATWAS system holds great potential to accelerate the deployment of the AMRs in the real world, helping to resolve the labour shortage caused by Covid-19\.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
