In April, CEL launched a basic desktop 3D chocolate printer with a simple and manual chocolate refill syringe printing head in order to test, educate, and validate the market. The positive response to this innovation has illustrated the market demand for a more technically complex and advanced printer which can provide small-scale production capability. Hence, this project is proposed to investigate the feasibility to develop a step change compact extrusion and reservior system which allows the continuous chocolate supply and printing for small volume production.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
