The emergence of new immunotherapies for Alzheimer's disease heralds a new era in the treatment of dementia. In order to maximise the benefit of these treatments, however, diagnosis will be key; most notably in patients in the early stages of dementia where diagnosis is the most challenging. To this end, we propose the development of an AI-enabled platform to provide decision support for dementia diagnosis, with a focus on enabling the scalable and efficient identification of patients in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease to determine eligibility for emerging immunotherapy treatments and clinical trials. The platform will utilise a range of emerging and currently available dementia diagnostic biomarkers (PET, MRI, **blood plasma** amyloid assays, cognitive testing) to support a staged diagnosis pathway and dementia stratification, providing predictions of primary dementia diagnosis and informing further biomarker collection as required.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
