'By Oli' is supplying a number of cafes and shops in the local area and is in a second round of consideration for selling produce on Borough Market. Having a unique brand and a great product have been integral components in this process.

With the opportunity to sell products in one of England’s most renowned food markets and having exposure at a venue frequently visited by food industry experts, 'By Oli' seeks to have the necessary protection in place in order to safeguard the brand. The potential threat is that without adequate IP protection, competitors with significantly more resource will attempt to imitate the brand.
