Interwoven is aiming to develop an automated EDI data platform with user-customisable data collection interfaces, analysis algorithms and reporting. This platform will remove the cost barrier to EDI data collection for SMEs and is accessible for those that do have diversity/analytical expertise. As the platform can be customised to align with SMEs' specific values, they can identify where to act to improve representation without hiring a diversity consultant, saving SMEs hundreds of thousands of pounds annually in EDI reporting costs, improving opportunities for underrepresented groups and reducing the economic burden of workplace discrimination.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
