Building on the success of its UKRI-funded 'MSK Hubs' project, focusing on AI-powered therapeutic exercise and education for people living with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, this project will involve R&amp;amp;D to develop A.I technology that supports people living with a broader range of Long-Term Health Conditions (LTHCs). The new technology will enable the solutions scale post-project, transforming existing 'MSK Hubs' into 'Multimorbidity Hubs', delivering inclusive, AI-personalised support at a community-level.

This project will train and develop A.I. technology in collaboration with clinical experts, engineers, and specialists from both the leisure industry and a wide range of health-focused charities. The initiative will establish 60 community venues designed to offer individually tailored therapeutic exercise, dietary education, and self-management services for LTHC populations. These services will be delivered in welcoming, accessible community spaces, where users will receive personalised AI-generated programmes tailored to their specific LTHC and self-management needs.

By leveraging GoodBoost's established market position and proven ability to scale, the project holds the potential to create &amp;pound;98m in social value by 2030\.

**Unmet Need**

LTHCs, such as diabetes, mental health and Parkinson's and represent 1/3rd of the population and over 40% of the NHS capacity deployment, costing the economy and NHS &amp;pound;100bn+ per year. Disproportionately impacting low-income and underserved populations, they create deep health inequalities. LTHC prevalence is rising, waiting times increasing and significant challenges are ahead to address backlogs post-COVID (Darzi, 2024). Solutions are needed to deliver LTHC self-management in community settings that provide both condition treatment and prevention that don't require additional NHS resources.

**Market Opportunity**

While there are AI-rehab/medical products on the market, none deliver community-focused solutions. Emotional and peer support is proven to significantly improve uptake and continued engagement. Furthermore, no similar product work collaboratively with LTHC charities. With people living with LTHCs requiring high trust levels to use health apps (Binxer et al, 2024), LTHC charity collaborations have the potential to significantly increase reach and impact.

Globally, 1.7 billion people live with LTHCs, representing a significant international market. The annual global and UK addressable markets are &amp;pound;183.1B/&amp;pound;1.45B respectively; CAGR is 9.2%.

**Objectives:**

* Conduct R&amp;amp;D to develop technology solutions supporting LTHCs access therapeutic exercise and dietary guidance in community-venues.
* Expand delivery to 60 new venues (\&amp;gt;25% growth).
